This study deals with the current situation in Canada with respect to minority-language instruction and the management of educational facilities by official-language minority groups. First, we shall look at the parameters within which these rights are exercised, and then we shall examine the current situation in each province and territory. (The parameters result primarily from the decisions of the Supreme Court of Canada).-Introduction
