Focused on the management of personal information about air passengers. The objective was to assess whether CATSA has implemented adequate controls to protect passengers’ personal information, and whether its policies, procedures and processes for managing such information comply with the fair information practices embodied in sections 4 through 8 of the Privacy Act.
