Drop-off of employment equity groups in recruitment : a study by the Public Service Commission of Canada : SC3-147/2009E-PDF

To determine, under the current Public Service Employment Act (PSEA), whether applicants who voluntarily provide their self-declared employment equity (EE) information, are eliminated (‘dropped-off ’) at a greater rate than applicants in the reference group and, if so, at what stages of the recruitment process.
