"This report summarizes the findings of the Standing Senate Committee on Energy, the Environment and Natural Resources study of the subject-matter of certain elements of Part 5 of Bill C-74, An Act to implement certain provisions of the budget tabled in Parliament on 27 February 2018 and other measures. Part 5 of Bill C-74 (The Greenhouse Gas Pollution Pricing Act, or the GGPPA) addresses the federal approach to carbon pricing.
