"Increasingly, scholars and correctional staff are considering the function of technology within the criminal justice system (Batastini, McDonald, & Morgan, 2012). Recently, there is interest in how technology can be used in the provision of correctional intervention programs by using teleconference, videoconference, and computerized applications.
