"Workplace harassment, including sexual harassment, remains a significant problem in Canadian society, particularly for women. In March 2015, the External review into sexual misconduct and sexual harassment in the Canadian Armed Forces (the Deschamps Report) described "an underlying sexualized culture in the CAF [Canadian Armed Forces] that is hostile to women and LGBTQ members, and conducive to more serious incidents of sexual harassment and assault""--Introduction, page [5].
