"This Agreement applies to the following legislation: (a) for Canada: (i) the Old Age Security Act and its regulations; and, (ii) the Canada Pension Plan and its regulations; (b) for Albania: the laws on mandatory social insurance, regulations, and rules concerning old age, invalidity, and survivors' benefits"--Article 2, page 2.
