"The National Intellectual Property Strategy (the IP Strategy) was launched in 2018-19. The IP Strategy is an Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada-led (ISED) initiative that includes programs and activities undertaken by Innovation Canada and the Marketplace Framework Policy Branch (of the Strategy and Innovation Policy Sector - SIPS), as well as the Federal Court, Standards Council of Canada, and the Copyright Board of Canada.
