How to submit your publication to the Government of Canada Publications collection.
Submit for inclusion in the Government of Canada Publications collection
Once published and made available to the public, submit your publication by email to Government of Canada Publications.
Submission checklist
Provide the following in your email:
- Copies of your publication in 1 or more portable formats and in both official languages (and any other language)
- Acceptable portable formats: PDF, EPUB, MOBI, MP3 (audio), MP4 (video)
- Link(s) to the HTML equivalent(s)

Large format files
For large files, use our secure file transfer protocol (SFTP) or a portable hard drive.

Update your annual index of publications
Add the new publication to your department or agency’s annual index of publications (template form supplied by Government of Canada Publications).
