"This document outlines the terms and conditions of agreements prescribed by the Minister under section 66 of the Pest Control Products Act. An agreement has to be entered into when an Applicant wishes to follow the formal process specified in the Pest Control Products Regulations (also referred to as "Regulations") to rely on a Registrant's compensable data to register a generic product. The Agreement is to be used in conjunction with the Pest Control Products Act and Pest Control Products Regulations"--Forward, p. 3.
