"This literature review has been conducted with a view to assessing the relevance of individual articles to the questions being raised in the food sector evaluation, a component study of evaluation of the Traded Goods program component. In reviewing the literature the author has kept in mind that the evaluation of the Traded Goods component as regards the food industry concentrates only on the labelling, packaging, grading and standardization aspects of food products"--Introduction.
