"This thematic evaluation of the Asia-Pacific Branch (OGM) examined coherence across business lines, that is, diplomacy trade and international assistance from 2015-16 to 2020-21. It is the third in a series of 4geographical coherence evaluations. Its main objectives were to provide an assessment of the extent to which OGM operated in a coordinated and coherent manner and to examine the factors that either fostered or hindered the ability of streams to collaborate when mandates and outcomes were shared"--Executive summary, page 4.
