It makes recommendations in four key areas: leadership, management and government, which stresses the importance of support at the highest levels; implementation strategies under the Government On-Line initiative; public service engagement to ensure public servants are committed to the success of transformation efforts; and communication and marketing to provide information about the transformation to Canadians.
