"The Report of the Royal Commissioner appointed by His Excellency the Governor General in Council under the provisions of Part I of the Inquiries Act, Chapter 104 of the Revised Statutes of Canada, and Amending Act, Chapter 28, 2 George V, to investigate and report upon all claims which may be submitted to the Commissioner for the purpose of determining whether they are within the first Annex to Section I of Part VIII of the Treaty of Versailles, and the fair amount of such claims; and for the return of sequestrated property in necessitous circumstances"--Volume II.
