"The main objective of this survey was to obtain additional information regarding the presence and levels of undeclared gluten in oat products with gluten-free claims. Of the 261 samples tested, 18 samples were found to contain undeclared gluten with levels from 6.6 parts per million (ppm) to 240 ppm"--Executive summary, page 3.
