"This Agreement sets out the rules for the protection of classified information that is provided or disclosed, in an industrial security or defence context, by one Party to the other Party, or by one Party to a contractor from the other Party, or by a contractor from one Party to a contractor from the other Party, in accordance with the Internal Law of the Parties"--Article 2, Objective and Scope, page 3.
